Red Crown Of Thorns

Euphorbia milii, the crown of thorns, Christ plant, or Christ thorn, called Corona de Cristo in Latin America, is a species of flowering plant in the spurge family Euphorbiaciae, native to Madagascar. The species name commemorates Baron Milius, once Governor of Réunion, who introduced the species to France in 1821

When a Crown of Thorns Plant is actively growing, usually from late spring to early fall, water well and then allow the top 50% of the soil to dry out before watering again. Reduce the amount of water when a Crown of Thorns Plant is not producing new leaves and flowers, but never allow the soil to totally dry out.
