This plant loves shade, lots of water, and can tolerate fairly low temperatures, making it an ideal plant for many environments, including homes, offices, malls, and sheltered areas of gardens.
Light - Thrives in medium to bright indirect light and can tolerate low indirect light. Not suited for intense, direct sun.
Water-Water weekly depending on the light levels provided. Allow the potting mix to dry out completely between waterings.
Fertilizer - Feed a bamboo palm monthly in the spring and summer with a fertilizer high in nitrogen diluted to 1/2 the recommended strength.
